Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
It's a big website - a reeeally big website and sometimes you can get lost or can't work out how to do something or you may not even be aware of what the site can do. Well this is your guide.
How to Register
If you haven't yet registered you don't know what you're missing!
- On the HOME page on the right side part way down is a LOGIN box.
- Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT and follow the prompts.
- You will receive an email in the inbox of your nominated email account.
- Once you follow the instructions in the email your account will be active.
- Your account will not be active until you act on the email in your inbox.
How to LOGIN
- On the HOME page on the right side part way down is a LOGIN box.
- Enter your USERNAME followed by your PASSWORD, then LOGIN.
- You will be redirected to a page which will list your rights and responsibilities as a site user.
- Read these carefully, then click on the green text to be taken back to your original page.
How to Listen to a Sermon Online
- To listen to a sermon online, you must first be logged in.
- There are several ways to get to the sermons - best way is to select the NEWS option on the main menubar.
- Select PODCASTING from the options.
- Here you will find the sermons listed by month.
- Select the month you want to listen to and click.
- The sermons should now be listed in order down the page. Simply click on the PLAY button (small triangle) to hear a sermon live.
How to Listen to a Sermon Online Alternative
- We've recently made some big changes to the website in regards to listening to sermons.
- Again, you must first be logged in.
- Once logged in you will see on the left two new boxes - Sermon Archive and Latest Sermons.
- Select the month you want to listen to and click or click the Latest listed sermon in the Latest Sermons box.
- The sermons should now be listed in order down the page. Simply click on the PLAY button (small triangle) to hear a sermon live.
How to Subscribe to Sermons through iTunes
- To subscribe, you must first be logged in.
- There are several ways to get to the sermons - best way is to select the NEWS option on the main menubar.
- Select PODCASTING from the options.
- Here you will find an option to subscribe using iTunes.
- Selecting this option will automatically launch iTunes and take you to a page where you can subscribe.
- Podcasts are automatically added to the feed each week.
How to Subscribe to Sermons through an RSS feed
- To subscribe, you must first be logged in.
- There are several ways to get to the sermons - best way is to select the NEWS option on the main menubar.
- Select PODCASTING from the options.
- Here you will find an option to subscribe using RSS Feed.
- Selecting this option will take you the RSS feed webpage.
- Copy the URL from the address bar and paste into your RSS reader.
- Podcasts are automatically added to the feed each week.
How to find the LifeGroup section
- Firstly, you must first be logged in.
- Next if you rest your mouse on the LifeGroups section on the top menu bar.
- A new box called LifeGroup Workers should appear. Click on that.
- If you have logged in but cannot see the box, your access level may not have been changed.
